The renovations were done to an existing Mexican restaurant that included the 1,000SF expansion to include a wet bar with a seating area. Work for the project included a 7.5 ton rooftop unit, ductwork and diffusers, light fixtures, sanitary drainage, as well as venting and domestic water to the new wet bar fixtures.
