An existing 1,000SF office space was renovated to become a physician’s clinic. The clinic included a doctor’s office, exam rooms, procedure rooms and a recovery suite, as well as the reception and waiting area and a pantry. The project also included new light fixtures, LED light fixtures, diffusers, sprinklers, and a hot water heater. Sanitary drainage as well as venting and domestic water to new fixtures were also provided.
