Mechanical and electrical engineering, plumbing, and fire protection services were all provided for the renovation of approximately 8,000SF space into Triple Bottom Brewing Co. with seating area. Work on the main floor included the brew house, tasting kitchen, bar, employee lounge, and a seating area with restrooms. The work in the basement included a storage area in addition to a meeting room.
